Adrianne Hillman is the Founder and CEO of Salt + Light Works, a California-based nonprofit transforming the way communities respond to homelessness through a bold, human-centered model rooted in belonging, dignity, and love. Under her leadership, Salt + Light has served thousands of individuals and pioneered The Neighborhood Village, California’s first-of-its-kind, 100% permanent supportive housing community designed not just to house people, but to heal them.
