Bali Express is a vibrant celebration of authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine, bringing the rich, aromatic flavors of the islands to Nevada. Founded by Barry Williams and Koming Suryani, the restaurant began as the first and only Balinese/Indonesian food truck in the Reno/Sparks area in 2023.

Using traditional family recipes, homemade spice blends, and fresh ingredients, Bali Express serves signature dishes such as Rendang, Satay, Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Gado Gado, and more, along with refreshing boba teas and handcrafted beverages. In a short time, Bali Express has earned 16 awards, received major local media coverage, hosted notable events such as a Yelp Elite gathering with Indonesian Consulate Generals, and built a loyal following for its unique and “unfindable” flavors.

The company recently expanded into a brick-and-mortar restaurant located at 4600 Snyder Ave #B in Carson City. Bali Express is grateful for the community’s continued support and remains committed to sharing the authentic taste of Bali through every dish it creates.
