Demond Crump is a U.S. Navy veteran who has possessed an entrepreneurial spirit since a young age. He stepped into entrepreneurship in June 1994 after being honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy. His understanding of business developed progressively, eventually leading him into the field of sales in 2006, where he discovered his passion and talent. Since then, he has held roles as a consultant, trainer, investor, and co-founder in direct sales and consumer relations.
Mr. Crump and his family founded the groundbreaking brand REIGN Premium Sanitary Napkins & Panty Liners, which has generated over $35 million in revenue from a $6 product to date. In 2023 and 2024, Mr. Crump was elected to the Titan 100 of Georgia, a national program that recognizes a region’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. Representing both the private and public sectors, these Titans of Industry demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in their respective fields. In 2025, he was inducted into the Titan 100 Hall of Fame and was subsequently selected to serve on the Titan 100 Board of Directors.
In October 2025, He was also named one of the Top 100 Black Global Professionals by ICABA World Network. Mr. Crump and his family have been featured in Essence, Black Enterprise, New York & LA Weekly, and have been interviewed on Fox 5 and NBC News.
