Rev. Dr. Darlene “Dr. Dee” Williams is a nationally recognized Executive Capacity Advisor™, leadership strategist, and founder of Darlene Williams Consulting, LLC, and Restoring Bountiful Joy, LLC. With nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience across government, higher education, healthcare-adjacent organizations, and major nonprofits, she helps high-capacity leaders navigate pressure, disruption, grief, and burnout while maintaining clarity and effectiveness in leadership. Dr. Dee is known for strengthening the person behind the leadership—helping executives restore stability, make sound decisions, and protect the missions they are entrusted to carry.
Holding dual doctorates in Public Policy & Administration and Religious Education, Dr. Dee bridges systems leadership with faith-rooted restoration and evidence-informed strategy.
