Dr. Michael Hutchison is a practicing dentist in Traverse City, Michigan. He has been in private practice, specializing in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry, since 1987. In 2001, he was one of the first 125 dentists worldwide to be awarded accreditation by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Hutchison is the inventor of Neuroguard Plus, a product that has revolutionized mouthguard technology in the 21st century. In 2015, he was awarded a medical utility patent covering North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
