In addition to this role, he is the Chief Operating Officer of Kinetic Care Group, which operates physical therapy practices across California and Colorado. His career is marked by significant corporate leadership, including a tenure as Area Vice President for NovaCare, where he managed and expanded operations to over 50 clinic sites and generated more than $25 million in revenue. He has also served as a consultant to a large California IPA that insures over 400,000 lives.
Robert's contributions to the healthcare landscape, particularly in the California Central Valley, have earned him prestigious accolades.
