Hard Work Athletics was founded in 2025 by Jennifer and Rich Guilmette with a simple yet powerful belief: success is built on hard work, discipline, and consistency. Inspired by our desire to show our son that anything is possible with the right mindset, we created this apparel brand as a testament to the power of taking chances, embracing challenges, and turning obstacles into stepping stones toward greater success.
We are grounded in faith, family, fitness, and community, and we give back by donating 10% of our proceeds to Reps for Responders.
