Jennifer Tremain Dudgeon’s journey began through personal challenges with health and hair loss. After undergoing weight loss surgery in 2017 and losing more than 200 pounds, she experienced significant hair loss that deeply affected her confidence and overall well-being. Searching for solutions and determined to create positive change, she began developing the CityGrl Professional product line with her own experiences in mind. Her focus was on rejuvenation and correction, creating products designed to help “detox” hair from harsh chemicals and support healthier hair from the inside out.

Her journey continued as she later faced additional health challenges, including developing Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and experiencing post-COVID symptoms. Throughout these experiences, Jennifer continued turning to CityGrl Professional products, designed to address hair concerns at both the surface and deeper levels. As she shared her story with others, she discovered that her experience was not unique. While hair loss was her personal challenge, many women were navigating similar struggles and seeking confidence and restoration.
