Prior to founding Swaney Group Capital, Swaney held senior executive roles at Partners Group, most recently as managing director. Before that, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Previously, Swaney held operations management roles at Amazon and ConocoPhillips. He is also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force.
