Renee' Hope Bumpus is the CEO of The Bumpi Group, LLC, an executive business strategist, entrepreneur, and community leader with over 30 years of leadership experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Morristown College in Morristown, Tennessee.
Throughout her career, Renee' has held executive leadership roles with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Since founding The Bumpi Group, LLC in 2007, she has helped businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs strengthen their brands and achieve sustainable growth.
A Leadership Georgia Class of 2012 alumna, Renee' is a passionate advocate for economic empowerment, education, and faith-based initiatives. She co-founded Greater Peace Baptist Church with her husband, Rev. Dr. James L. Bumpus. A mother of four and grandmother of five, she is also a songwriter, singer, and connector dedicated to building purpose-driven organizations and stronger communities.
