Steffanie Rivers is a trailblazing journalist, educator, and entrepreneur who transformed a career crisis into a high-tech empire. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Steffanie excelled as a TV reporter and a six-figure flight attendant before the pandemic labeled her "non-essential." Refusing to stay grounded, she pivoted into the fastest-growing sector of technology, becoming the first Black woman in Texas to register a drone academy.

Today, as the founder of TCB Drones Academy, Steffanie is on a mission to ensure underrepresented voices are players in technology, not just consumers.
